Every Selectives outfit is handcrafted exclusively after your order is confirmed. Your 50% reservation payment secures your production slot and allows our artisans to begin crafting your garment. The remaining 50% is payable at the time of delivery through Cash on Delivery (COD).

Yes. Depending on the design, you may request changes to sleeves, neckline, colours, fit or length. Our team will guide you through all available customization options before production begins.
Every garment is individually handcrafted and typically requires 25–30 business days before dispatch. Once your order is ready, you'll receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.
After your outfit has been handcrafted and is ready for dispatch, it will be shipped via our trusted courier partner. You simply pay the remaining 50% when your order is delivered through our Cash on Delivery (COD) process.

Since every garment is handcrafted exclusively for you, production begins soon after your reservation is confirmed. Once tailoring has started, cancellations or major changes may not be possible. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
