- We strongly encourage our customers to carefully review product details, sizes, and specifications before confirming the purchase.
Exchange Policy
- SELECTIVES does not accept exchanges for reasons such as:
- Size issues
- Color variations due to lighting or screen resolution differences
- Change of mind or personal preference
Exceptional Cases
- In rare and extreme cases where a product is received in a damaged, defective, or faulty condition, the customer may contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
- Such requests will be reviewed by our team, and if approved, an exchange or replacement will be arranged.
- Please note: all shipping costs in such cases will be borne by the customer.
