At SELECTIVES, we are committed to ensuring your orders reach you in the fastest and safest way possible. Please read our international shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Dispatch & Processing
- We aim to dispatch all ready-to-ship orders within 3-5 Weeks of order confirmation as its made on order.
- Made-to-order or customized products may take 3–5 weeks (in some cases up to 6 weeks) before dispatch.
- Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance at the destination country.
Delivery & Responsibility
- Deliveries to the USA , Dubai , Canada and UK may be completed as porch or door deliveries without signature. This is in line with international shipping standards.
- We do not require a signature for goods delivered, and once the package is scanned as “delivered” by the carrier, the responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you.
- If you specify a third-party recipient (e.g., sending as a gift), then evidence of porch delivery at the given address will be considered as fulfillment of our obligation.
Shipping Charges
- Orders shipped outside India will incur fixed international shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and weight of the parcel.
- Heavy or oversized apparel (such as bridal lehengas) may attract additional charges based on volumetric weight.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- All international orders (USA & UK) are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
- Product prices displayed on our website are exclusive of all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes.
- As the recipient, you are fully responsible for paying import duties, customs charges, and taxes levied by your country, at the time of delivery, in order to release your order from customs.
- These fees vary by country and product category, and are not controlled by Selectives.in.

- USA: 3-6 weeks business days (depending on shipping method & customs).
- UK: 3-6 weeks business days (depending on shipping method & customs).
- Canada : 3-6 weeks business days (depending on shipping method & customs).
- Dubai : 3-6 weeks business days (depending on shipping method & customs).
