Wash Care
Hand wash gently in a bucket using a mild detergent without bleach. Wash separately in cold water. Do not scrub, wring or soak for prolonged periods. Handle embroidery, appliqué and zari detailing gently. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Dry in the shade and iron on low heat from the reverse, avoiding direct heat on embellishments.

Every garment is individually handcrafted and typically requires 3–4 Weeks before dispatch. Once your order is ready, you'll receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.
After your outfit has been handcrafted and is ready for dispatch, it will be shipped via our trusted courier partner. You simply pay the remaining 60% when your order is delivered through our Cash on Delivery (COD) process.

As each Made-to-Order piece is specially crafted and customised exclusively for you, a 40% advance payment is required to begin production. Once the order is confirmed and production has commenced, this advance amount is non-refundable, as the piece is created specifically for your order. The remaining balance is payable as per the order terms before dispatch.
